What kind of materials can be used to be called environmentally-friendly furniture?

 Furniture environmental protection materials

1、Plywood - the logs are softened by steaming and boiling, and then cut into thin pieces of wood along the direction of the annual cycle, add glue, and then use three or more layers of odd veneer, cross-glued and hot pressed. Advantages: The surface is natural and beautiful, retaining the beautiful pattern of natural wood, and it is generally used without gluing other veneer materials and can obtain an excellent appearance after finishing with paint. Good strength and toughness, strong nail strength, easy processing, insulation, and can make up for some of the defects naturally occurring in natural wood.

2, large core board - small density, small deformation, high strength, good dimensional stability, so a wide range of uses, the middle wood strip material generally have poplar, tung wood, fir, white pine, etc. High-quality products are smooth and flat, with no debonding, sanding, indentation, small thickness deviation, and no obvious hollow-core after sawing. Advantages: firm quality, sound absorption, insulation.

3, high-density fiberboard - excellent force-free performance, uniform material, no dehydration problems. The performance of MDF is close to natural wood but without the defects of natural wood. Internal organization and not easy to warp, cracking, deformation is small, suitable for a variety of mechanical processing. Smooth surface, fine material, solid edge, easy to shape, avoiding decay, insects, and other problems. High bending strength and impact strength. Density board can do carving and other shaped shapes.

4, particleboard - the wood harvesting and processing of waste or other plant shavings, adding glue or other auxiliary materials pressed from the board. The pressing method can be divided into two categories: extruded particleboard and flat particleboard. Advantages: It has good sound absorption and sound insulation performance. It can be used as sound-absorbing building parts such as sound-insulating wall panels and doors. The expansion rate of the board is low, and the thickness error of the board is small.
